Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition

NEEP Systems provides state-of-the-art, fully automated control panels which allow data acquisition on site, or from the office.

Control panels designed to your specifications allow you to keep in touch with your site...whether its receiving a scheduled FAX every morning or manually calling the site at your convenience with a computer to see the graphical representation. Controlling and monitoring the site becomes a breeze.

Today’s instrumentation and control options are endless, and NEEP Systems will narrow it down to the one that meets your budget and needs.

Integrated systems can be supplied with a controls package that either contains the old fashioned door mounted switches and lights, or a Human Machine Interface (HMI) consisting of a Windows™ based industrial computer with touch-screen graphical images controlling a number of autotuning PID control loops. Just touch the pump icon and it starts...if it doesn’t, the panel can let you know via pager, autodialer, fax, or e-mail. A complete SCADA Controls System designed by NEEP Systems will maximize your resources and productivity.

NEEP Purge Panel

A cheaper panel for hazardous areas.

PurgePanel can be located in Class I, Division 1 or 2, and Group D hazardous areas.

Costs thousands of dollars less than explosion-proof enclosures.

Is easier to install. All electrical assembly is completed at North East Environmental Products. An electrician is not required to install the panel on site.

Easier to modify. If site parameters change, modifications to the PurgePanel by a licensed electrician take just hours. Modifications to an explosion-proof enclosure can take days.

Weighs hundreds of pounds less than explosion-proof enclosures.
